HOW TO ORDER
All of the below applies to the services offered on the bookgroupaustralia.com.au
website by Book Group Australia Pty Ltd
Our books are divided into categories to make your shopping faster
and as easy as possible. You can browse each page or you can use the
search feature on each page and search by Title, author or by ISBN
which is a code usually located on the back of the book. |

4 Easy steps to completing your order:
- Select your items and view your cart.
- Fill in the details of your user profile. If you
have ordered from the Book Group Australia site before your customer
I.D. is your email address.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your credit card
details.
- You can print your receipt or it will be emailed
to you also confirming your order and delivery address.

PRICES
All
prices on our site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of
GST. |

SOLD OUT
Should a product ordered be sold out and we are unable to supply we
will credit you with a gift voucher to the same value or greater.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
A
flat rate of $9.95 postage and handling applies to all deliveries
in Australia.
All orders are delivered by Australia Post and we urge you to order
early to avoid delays in the peak times. |

Exchange of items
Please
write the reason for the return on the packing slip you receive with
your delivery and include this in with the item(s). Also include in
writing the items you wish to exchange for. Telephone 02 9517 9255
to obtain the required number.
Goods must be authorized for exchange inside three weeks of order
date. No goods can be exchanged without the authorization number.
Please be sure to include a money order made out to Book Group Australia
Pty Ltd for $9.95 for the postage of your exchange items. We do not
refund butare happy to exchange. |
