  • Can I exchange goods once purchased?

    Purchases can be exchanged up to three weeks from your order date. We do not offer refunds.

    An authorisation number is required for an exchange. This can be obtained by phoning 02 9620 5528.

    Please write the authorisation number and reason for the return on the packing slip you receive with your delivery and include this in with the item(s). Also include in writing the items you wish to exchange for. Please be sure to include a money order made out to Book Group Australia Pty Ltd for $6.95 postage and handling of your exchanged items.

  • Can I get a tax invoice for my order?

    All orders are shipped with a a tax invoice included.

  • Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

    Yes you can. We have $20, $30, $50 and $100 gift vouchers available for purchase.

  • Do you delivery outside of Australia?

    We currently do not offer standard overseas delivery. However if you require something delivered outside of Australia then contact us before placing your order and we will provide you a quote for shipping and handling costs.

  • Do your prices include GST?

    Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.

  • What are your postage and handling charges?

    A flat rate of $6.95 postage and handling applies to all deliveries in Australia.

    All orders are delivered by Australia Post and we urge you to order early to avoid delays in the peak times.
